The musical, built around the hit songs written by Neil Sedaka, will get a three-week run at the new Plaza Theatre in Manalapan, former home of the Florida Stage company.

The musical has been extended through Feb. 26 at the Sarasota dinner theater, with a few cast changes. Craig Weiskerger, director Kyle Turoff and Jeff Greg have joined Alana Opie, Steve Carroll and Helen Holliday in the production about two friends from Brooklyn looking for love in a Catskills resort in 1960. The show features such hits as “Where the Boys Are,” “Sweet Sixteen,” “Calendar Girl” and the title song.

Tickets at the Golden Apple are $45 for dinner and the show. 366-5454; thegoldenapple.com

After the Sarasota run ends, most of the cast will travel across the state for a three-week run that begins March. 8
