Opening reception for Fabulous Arts Boutique annual exhibit

The Fabulous Arts Boutique (FAB) is hosting an opening reception for its annual exhibit and sale 6-8:30 p.m. Feb. 9. The featured works include wearable art, beaded jewelry, hand wovens, basketry, needle weaving, and more.

Jewelry is among the items for sale at the Fabulous Arts Boutique.

The pieces come from the artists of the Manasota Weavers Guild, the Florida West Coast Bead Society, Surface Design Guild Sarasota, and the Venetian Society of Basket Weavers.

The exhibit and sale run through Feb. 12 and will be held at Art Center Sarasota, 707 N. Tamiami Trail. 923-8554; fabsarasota.com
